Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Site Engineer to manage technical aspects of construction projects, ensure structural integrity, and support efficient site operations. You will work closely with architects, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure plans are executed correctly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical designs. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor site progress and report to the project manager. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. Ensure materials used meet project standards and are delivered on time. Prepare daily site reports, method statements, and risk assessments. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Assist in project cost control and resource planning. Support testing and commissioning processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role. Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar tools. Strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with local construction laws, codes, and regulations. Valid [country-specific] engineering license or registration is a plus.
Work Environment:

Based on-site at construction locations. May require extended hours, weekend work, or travel depending on project timelines.
