Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work both on-site and in the office as required.
