Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth execution of interior fit-out works on-site, maintaining quality, timeline, safety, and budget standards as per the project scope. The Site Engineer acts as the key technical point of contact between the office team, subcontractors, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for all interior fit-out works. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and task completion. Interpret and implement project drawings, designs, and technical specifications. Monitor work progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag lists. Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) where technical clarifications are needed. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on site. Liaise with Project Manager and Designer to resolve site-related issues. Check and verify quantities on-site for contractor billing. Support the procurement team with material requirement forecasting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and technical drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license is preferred.

Additional Notes:

Must be available to work flexible hours and attend urgent site calls. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously.
