What We're Looking For:
Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience in post-contract civil construction projects (UAE experience is a MUST)
Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and claims management
Ability to prepare and evaluate variations, valuations, and final accounts
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Good communication skills and attention to detail
