Job Posting: Civil QA/QC Inspector
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Civil Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspector
to join our site team for an ongoing high-rise building project in the UAE.Key Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of5 to 6 years of proven QA/QC inspection experience
specifically onHigh-Rise Building projects
within theUnited Arab Emirates (UAE)
.Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of civil and structural construction activities, including rebar fixing, formwork inspection, concrete pouring supervision, blockwork, plastering, and general finishes. Familiarity with relevant local and international quality standards, codes, and project specifications. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Inspection Duties:
Conducting on-site inspections and tests according to the approved ITPs and project procedures. Identifying, documenting, and monitoring non-conformance issues (NCRs). Preparing accurate inspection reports, test summaries, and quality records. Ensuring materials delivered to the site comply with project requirements and quality standards.Communication:
Effective communication skills for coordination with supervisors, contractors, and third-party inspectors.Project & Availability Details
