Job Description
The Civil QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing project quality plans, conducting inspections, coordinating with consultants/contractors, and ensuring all civil works comply with project specifications, UAE standards, and applicable codes. The role supports high-rise towers, villa communities, infrastructure works, and related civil/structural activities.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor project Quality Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements. Conduct inspections for civil/structural works (foundations, concrete, blockwork, finishing, waterproofing, external works). Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, MIRs, and IRs. Ensure compliance with UAE codes and authority standards (DM, DDA, Trakhees, ADM, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party labs. Issue NCRs, maintain QA/QC documentation, and support audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 5-10+ years UAE experience in QA/QC (high-rise + villa projects). Strong knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS standards & ISO 9001 systems. Good communication and reporting skills.
