Job Posting: Senior Civil QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated

Senior Civil Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer

to join our team for an exciting, ongoing high-rise building project in the UAE.

Key Requirements and Qualifications



Experience:

Minimum of

10 years of proven QA/QC experience

specifically on

High-Rise Building projects

within the

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

.

Expertise:

Thorough knowledge of international and local building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality). Expertise in civil and structural works, including foundation, concrete, steel reinforcement, blockwork, and finishing. Proficiency in developing and implementing project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.

Documentation:

Exceptional ability to manage and maintain all project quality documentation, including records of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Skills:

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating successfully with site teams, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
