Job Description
Job Title: Civil QA/QC Engineer- Hospital Projects Experience Required - (1 Nos)
We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to lead the execution of large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Review and implement the project quality plan, procedures, and inspection test plans. Conduct inspections of materials, works, and installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, material approvals, and test records. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspection requests and approvals. Monitor and report non-conformances, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Verify that all quality-related activities are performed according to standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.). Maintain calibration records of testing equipment. Ensure proper documentation and filing of quality control records for audits and project handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or equivalent. Minimum
10 years of experience
as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction field (UAE experience preferred).Proven experience managing hospital and healthcare facility projects - mandatory (Min 10 years' experience)
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection procedures. Familiar with project specifications, drawings, and international codes. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation.
