Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years minimum experience in QA/QC, specifically in the construction of buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring construction quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and plans for building projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review and verify construction materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues. Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports. Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and provide solutions. Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to maintain high-quality standards across projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the UAE construction industry. Proven experience in building projects.
