Position Overview
BG Group Company is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer who will oversee and manage the engineering components of high-end residential luxury villa projects. The role demands someone who understands the intricacies of villa construction and can ensure technical accuracy and execution excellence in all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Supervise construction phases and monitor progress against timelines. Resolve design and site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants. Coordinate procurement of materials and resources. Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders. Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 8+ years of experience, preferably with UAE-based luxury villa projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software. Strong site supervision and quality control skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
