+ Initiating the project and examining the assets. + Examining feasible plans and preparing the implications derived from the various alternatives in terms of feasibility, schedule and budget management.
+ Project planning management at all stages.
+ Accompanying procurement procedures and contracts with contractors and suppliers.
+ Conduct with parties within and outside the bank (including: security, safety, communications, marketing, assets, etc.).
+ Working in various bank systems, including preparing bills of quantities, orders, accounts, etc.
+ Management and supervision of the execution of the project on the ground in all its stages in accordance with bank procedures.
+ Checking and approving invoices.

Job Profile
Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering
Experience in managing and leading construction projects of at least 3 years.
Advantage for those with experience in finishing works.
Driver's license required
