Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
8-12 years of experience, including
minimum 5 years as Project Manager
Proven experience in
G+6 residential/commercial buildings
in Dubai/UAE -
Mandate
Strong knowledge of
Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD, and UAE construction standards
Proficient in
Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
Responsibilities:
Manage execution of
G+6 building projects
from planning to handover
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
Control project schedule, cost, quality, and safety
Lead site teams and ensure compliance with HSE and local regulations
Prepare progress reports and manage variations
Preferred:
PMP certification
UAE driving license
Salary:
As per experience

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
