Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual obligations. Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple sites.

Technical & Construction Management

Review and approve design drawings, technical submittals, and construction methodologies. Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, RTA, DEWA, FEWA). Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities. Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions. Maintain clear communication channels to resolve issues promptly.

Cost & Contract Management

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Evaluate variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence. Support procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

Risk, Quality & Safety Management

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Enforce QA/QC processes and ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a safety-first environment.

Reporting

Prepare regular project progress reports, cost updates, and performance dashboards for senior management and clients. Document project milestones, deviations, and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's or PMP certification is an advantage). Minimum

8 years of relevant experience in the UAE

in civil construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approval processes, and construction standards. Proven leadership experience managing medium-to-large-scale projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office. Valid UAE Driving License preferred. Arabic Speaker preferred.
