Plan, manage, and execute civil infrastructure projects, particularly wet utilities (sewer, stormwater, drainage), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; maintain project documentation and reports.
Manage procurement and utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, with strong exposure to wet utilities projects (sewer, stormwater, drainage).
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Knowledge of civil infrastructure methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
