The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid technical background, and a proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans and implementation schedules.
Define project scope, required resources, and priorities.
Ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual terms.
Monitor project progress and compare it with the approved baseline schedule.
Prepare periodic progress and deviation reports for management.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain budget and timelines.
Supervise site teams and evaluate the performance of contractors and consultants.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and occupational health standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, technical issues, and financial status.
Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and cost analysis reports.
Present productivity and cost-control performance reports to senior management.
Review contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings.
Manage and follow up on variation orders (VOs) and change approvals.
Ensure contractual compliance across all stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers).
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely material and resource availability.
Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams for seamless integration and conflict resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
from a recognized university.
Minimum
10 years
of relevant experience within the UAE.
Proven experience managing villa projects and buildings up to
G+12
.
Proficiency in
Primavera
and/or
MS Project
.
Strong command of
MS Office
applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Thorough understanding of UAE authorities' procedures (Municipality, Consultants, Utility Companies).
Proven ability to prepare accurate technical and financial documentation.
Valid
UAE Driving License
is preferred.
