Civil Procurement Officer

with

8 Years of experience in UAE Construction companies.

Candidate must have experience in

Building Construction Projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services required for building construction projects

. The role ensures timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Identify and procure construction materials, tools, and services as per project requirements. Coordinate with the engineering and site teams to determine material needs and specifications. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. Monitor material delivery timelines and ensure materials reach the site as scheduled. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on material costs and availability. Ensure that all purchased materials meet quality and safety standards. Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, material discrepancies, or quality concerns. Assist in developing and maintaining a preferred supplier database. Follow company procurement policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Any Bachelor's Degree Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in construction procurement or civil purchasing. Strong knowledge of building materials and construction equipment. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
