Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- The applicant must have a minimum of 3+ years of UAE experience in the same or similar position
- Must have good skills in the design, preparation of BoQ as well as estimating costs of civil project work
- Applicants must have good knowledge in the materials as well as equipment used in this field
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge in handling tender documents
- Must be familiar with project procurement as well as supply chain procedures
- Ability to communicate well
- Excellent supervisory skills
