Civil / Mechanical Supervisor - Solar PV Project
Position Summary
Responsible for supervising civil and mechanical construction activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works (earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage) and mechanical installations (mounting structures, trackers).
- Verify works against approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors and report progress/issues.
- Ensure quality control checks and inspections are completed and documented.
- Support resolution of technical issues and construction non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Electrical and Commissioning teams to ensure interface alignment.
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years' experience in energy or Solar PV construction projects.
- Experience with large-scale PV mounting systems and civil works.
- Good understanding of construction quality control and site documentation.
- Resident option: Full-time on-site
- Ad-hoc option: Site attendance during critical civil/mechanical phases
