We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
Civil Maintenance Technician
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil maintenance work with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform civil maintenance tasks including masonry, tiling, painting, plastering, and minor carpentry.
Conduct inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist in refurbishment and renovation projects as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
5 to 6 years of proven experience in civil maintenance works.
Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, materials, and techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
UAE experience preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
