Job Description
SITE MANAGEMENT & DELIVERABLES - CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Inspect construction site and record the execution of work; monitor progress against agreed program.
Ensure all civil and utilities work is in accordance with the contract
Conduct site inspections when required by the Resident Engineer (RE).
Inspect work in progress for conformance to specifications, approved drawings and method statements
Coordinate with the client and contractor; liaise with other authorities
Ensure executions of the works are complying with local health, safety and risk regulations.
Assist in reviewing shop drawings and review of "as-built" drawings
Prepare site measurement and surveying checks required by the RE
Ensure documents and records are fully up to date and a trail of updates is maintained
TECHNICAL AND QA/QC
Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.
Coordinates on time reviews and comments on the materials and samples (when required).
Apply and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for the site
Monitors project quality performance and takes appropriate corrective action and to report infringements, problems and any unusual observations to immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
