Nad Al Shiba Engineering Consultants is a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy firm based in Dubai, providing comprehensive design and supervision services in architecture, structural, and MEP engineering for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Civil Inspector

with

3-5 years of experience in the UAE

to join our supervision team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect civil and structural works on site. Ensure that all works comply with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards. Monitor construction activities and report any deviations or non-conformities. Review and verify materials and workmanship quality. Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to resolve technical issues. Prepare daily site inspection reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements on site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 3-5 years of

UAE experience

in civil site supervision (preferably with consultancy firms). Strong knowledge of

UAE construction standards and authority regulations

. Excellent attention to detail and observation skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
