We are a reputed consultancy firm in the UAE specializing in high-end villa and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced

Civil Inspector

with strong technical and site supervision skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Monitor and report on construction progress, workmanship, and quality of materials used. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site-related issues. Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions as required. Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Support project engineers and architects in ensuring timely project delivery and quality assurance. Participate in meetings, site audits, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

7 years of overall UAE experience

, with at least

5 years in a consultancy firm

handling

villa/residential projects

. Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and construction codes. Proven experience in quality control, supervision, and site inspection. Excellent communication and reporting skills in English. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management software is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
