Job Description
We are hiring a
General Site Inspector / Supervisor
to visit residential and commercial sites for inspection, measurement, client coordination, and quotation preparation.This role requires a solid understanding of
general maintenance, renovation, and fit-out works
including:Painting & Gypsum Carpentry & Woodwork Plumbing & Civil Repairs Electrical Installation & Wiring Tile & Marble Works AC Duct Cleaning & Minor Fixes
Responsibilities:
Visit client sites for inspection and take accurate measurements Assess scope of work and material requirements Coordinate with technicians and office for scheduling and pricing Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in general maintenance or site inspection Must have knowledge of at least 3 major trades (paint, tile, electrical, AC, etc.) Able to take site measurements and communicate clearly with clients Must speak
English
(Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus) Driving license preferred (or bike license)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
