Job Description
One of Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s leading Engineering consultancy, architecture and environmental companies with a diversified business in the building industry is looking to hire \xe2\x80\x9cCivil Inspector\xe2\x80\x9d Responsibilities (but not limited):
- Candidate will be performing various QA/QC functions and duties during civil construction, like Site Inspection, Site quality documentations, Materials inspection, Testing of site activities, Coordination with Clients, Contractors, Sub contractors, Sub consultants and dealing with authorities.
- Candidate should review weekly and monthly reports presented by Contractor and Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site Checks the preparation of foundations, reinforcements, etc., monitors atmospheric conditions, reviews and/or witnesses laboratory testing results, checks moisture content, verifies special processes, and conducts various other tasks under the direction of the Civil Engineer.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Communicate directly with the contractors and Client to coordinate activities on routine matters.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Civil Inspector: 7 years (Required)
- Driving (Required)
