Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Inspects the civil construction and maintenance works of the distribution substation buildings
within its premises, make sure that executed works are complying with KAHRAMAA standards

and drawings, reporting from site and carries out any office works related to this.

Review estimated quantities of the requested works and report to the KAHRAMAA Senior
Engineer / Civil Engineer,

Reports work progress to the KAHRAMAA Senior Engineer / Civil Engineer, Performs other related duties as request by the KAHRAMAA Senior Engineer / Civil Engineer. Approval of material quantity on site as designated by KAHRAMAA Senior Engineer / Civil
Engineer

Works in cooperation with KAHRAMAA Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement department
on securing and maintaining the quality of works on site.

Carries out and ensures that all activities under his responsibility, within the Construction Section,
are in line with KAHRAMAA health and safety regulations.

Self Management Responsibilites:

Defines and agree performance goals (KRA) at the start of the year in discussion with the Project
Coordinator and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year

Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the
Project Coordinator to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended

Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through
continued education and professional growth
