Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
MEP Building Inspector
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections ofMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
systems, as well as evaluatingelectrical installations, structural components, and overall building compliance
with local regulations and project specifications.UAE Valid Driving License is required
.Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections for
MEP systems, electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
. Inspectstructural elements
to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and safety standards. Review and verify installation quality, materials, and workmanship. Identify discrepancies, unsafe practices, or non-compliance issues and prepare detailed inspection reports. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure adherence toUAE building codes, standards, and safety regulations
. Maintain accurate documentation and submit inspection findings promptly. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work according to project timelines.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering
, or related field. Proven experience as anMEP or Building Inspector
in the UAE. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical installations, and basic structural elements. Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections.UAE Valid Driving License is required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
