JOB DESCRIPTION

SALARY AED 4,000

CIVIL CONTRACTING company based in Dubai is looking for a

GENERAL FOREMAN

with at least 5

years of UAE experience.

-Minimum 5 years in CIVIL WORKS construction.

- Should have a proven track record in BUILDINGS, VILLA, FIT OUT

- Full understanding of shop drawings/sketches/dimensions/specifications.

-Accuracy in site measurements

-Training and motivating skilled workers

-Control and Maintain Quality and Productivity at highest level

-Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment rules and regulations.

- Keep machinery and tools well maintained and in working conditions

-Extremely organized and detail oriented.

- Represent the management towards the production team and lead by example.

-Good command of the English language spoken and written.

Roles

-Work with Sub-conductors: to make sure programmers are sustained and services are co-ordinated effectively.

-Liaising eith quantity Surveyor on cost issues and with the site clerk on material and plant requisitioning

-Execution of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-conductors

-Keep the site diary- recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor & sustaining detailed notes of all site activities

-Give clear leadership and direction to the site team while sustaining a professional manner is important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
