Civil Foreman
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities of the civil construction team.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Liaise with the Project Manager and Engineers for instructions and updates.
Inspect work in progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Report progress, issues, and safety concerns to management.
Manage materials and equipment on-site.
Enforce health and safety protocols among team members.
Requirements:
Relevant diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or Construction.
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Supervisor.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in UAE and hold a valid UAE driving license preferred.
