related to substations, including foundations, trenches, and concrete works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all civil site works: excavation, concreting, formwork, and rebar activities.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC and HSE teams.
Maintain daily progress reports and assist with inspections and handovers.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of UAE/GCC experience
as a Civil Foreman in
Substation / Power / Utility Projects
.
Diploma or technical qualification in
Civil Engineering / Construction
.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Familiar with
ADDC / DEWA / TRANSCO / SEWA
standards (preferred).
Immediate joiners preferred.
