We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Foreman - Structural & Finishing to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in construction and previous experience in Villas & Buildings. Requirements: General DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate our construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. To have a proven track record in civil works and possess exceptional leadership skills.General Foreman Responsibilities include: Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily civil work activities, including demolition, structural modifications, plastering, flooring, and other related MEP, fit-out, and civil works. Ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines. Team Supervision: Lead and manage site teams, including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and various laborers. Allocate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Quality Assurance: Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. Identify and resolve defects or necessary rework promptly. Coordination: Collaborate closely with Site Engineers, and subcontractors to synchronize civil works with other trades (e.g., MEP, carpentry, and finishes) and report challenges regularly. Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety protocols, conducting daily toolbox talks and addressing potential hazards. Resource Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and usage of materials to minimize wastage and monitor construction tools and equipment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor attendance, work progress, and material usage. Submit daily site reports to the Project Manager. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues, proposing practical solutions to keep the project on schedule. Project Execution: Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Finishing Coordination: Coordinate civil works with finishing teams to prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, and other decorative works, supporting a seamless handover. Report project progress to superiors. Proven experience as a Civil Foreman for 5+ years in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings accurately. UAE driving license (preferred). 5 years of hands-on experience in UAE (Dubai OR Sharjah)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
