Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

CIVIL FOREMAN

to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

? Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
? Lead and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and laborers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
? Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
? Monitor and inspect work progress, materials, and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and quality.
? Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to resolve construction challenges.
? Maintain accurate reports on labor, materials, and project progress.
? Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
? Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Civil Foreman in UAE

- Strong understanding of structural works, formwork, concrete works, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in site reporting and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
