Civil ForemanKey Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities and manage workers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Maintain site reports and resolve on-site issues promptly. Conduct inspections and provide guidance to workers.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience as a Site Foreman/Supervisor in construction. Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Construction or related field. Strong knowledge of construction practices, technical drawings, and safety standards. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
