Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Must have experience in tents industry Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site. Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Ensure project tasks are executed in accordance with plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor daily construction activities and productivity to ensure project deadlines are met. Organize and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment as needed. Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks. Maintain site records, including attendance, progress reports, and equipment logs. Report issues, delays, and safety incidents to site management. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws. Coordinate inspections with engineers and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field (preferred). Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role (typically 3+ years). Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health and safety procedures. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically fit to walk, lift, and stand for extended periods.
