Job Description
:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil and architectural construction, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and documents accurately. Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Manage and maintain company-issued tools and equipment, tracking material usage and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Strong expertise in basement construction and structural works. Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and local authorities. Oversee material usage, stock levels, and procurement to prevent shortages or wastage.
