Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, manpower, and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
