The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of site workers, ensuring that all construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors at the site. Ensure that all work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site workers. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with design requirements. Maintain site records including manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress reports. Coordinate with site engineers for material requests and technical clarifications. Monitor the use of equipment and materials to minimize waste. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a clean, hazard-free worksite. Support in resolving any on-site issues or technical challenges. Report progress and any delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction (preferably in , infrastructure). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Good communication and reporting skills. Familiar with safety standards and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

UAE/GCC experience . Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety practices. Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
