Job Description

1. Strong Technical background of Civil / Structural / Electrical & Facility Maintenance 2. Responsible for all Activities of Construction /Restoration or Interior designing sites 3. Hands on with MEP Draft reading & Execution / Site Survey 4. Liaise with Subcontractors / Suppliers & Design team 5. Prepare Complete Action plan for New Sites 6. Prepare & Update Project reports & Site Status 7. Visit of Sites & monitor the activity as per Plan 8. Experiences in Auto Cad -3D & BOQ preparation will be an advantage 9. Knowledge of Electrical -LPG Drawings & execution 10. Knowledge of AC -Duct Systems Service & Preventive Maintenance 11. CCTV & Data networking knowledge 12. Experience in Plumbing & related activities 13. Knowledge of Automated Carpentry / Fabrication 14. Preparation of Cost Estimations / Analyze quotations - BOQ 15. Preventive Maintenance & service of Industrial Kitchen equipment's 16. Facility Maintenance Management & supervision -Documentation 17. Effective Man management of Maintenance team 18. Experiences of Shopping Malls MEP standards will be an advantage 19. Knowledge of Local / Gov: Authorities related Legal Requirements 20.Cost Control Technology & implementations for all Locations Consumption. Experience 3- 5 Years of Experience Skills: Math ability, Leadership, Problem-solving and Trade Mastery Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture and Construction Science Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
