Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve site issues promptly.
Maintain clear documentation of work progress, labor deployment, equipment usage, and material consumption.
Monitor trenching and backfilling activities to avoid damage to existing utilities.
Assist in arranging inspections with consultants and client representatives.
Report progress, delays, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment on-site.
Train and guide workers on safety practices and work methods
