Conducting inspections and tests on materials, structural components, and finished work to verify compliance. Safety Management: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers on the site adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
Identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions to prevent accidents. Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicating project updates, changes, and requirements to the construction team and relevant parties. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of construction progress, daily activities, and any deviations from the original plans.
Generating reports, including site diaries, progress reports, and incident reports. Material Management: Coordinating the delivery, storage, and use of construction materials on-site.
