Job Description
We are looking for below position at Al Moftah Al Dhabi Contracting.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for Civil works.
Manage labor teams and ensure proper work allocation as per site priorities.
Report daily progress, material usage, and site issues to the Site Engineer /
Project Engineer.
Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and
specifications.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Support the execution team in resolving on-site challenges promptly.
Liaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project staff on coordination
matters.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman in Civil construction projects.
3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques in assigned
trade.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and site instructions.
Good leadership and team supervision skills.
Experience in UAE is highly preferred.
Basic English communication and reporting skills.
