Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations for high-rise, commercial, and villa projects
Manage site engineers, foremen, and labor teams
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
Enforce strict quality and safety standards on site
Monitor progress and report updates to project management
Interpret drawings and specifications; resolve on-site challenges promptly
Candidate Requirements
4-5 years UAE experience
as a Civil Foreman in contracting companies
Proven experience in
high-rise, commercial, and villa projects
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site practices
Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Good communication skills in English
