We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and supervise renovation and maintenance projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team on-site to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
Supervise day-to-day site operations for renovation and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
Manage material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Report daily progress to management.
Inspect work quality and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Handle basic client communication when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in renovation or fit-out projects in UAE.
Strong knowledge of civil works, painting, gypsum, tiles, plumbing, and electrical basics.
Ability to read drawings and handle site documentation.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
