Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for villa and warehouse projects
Manage skilled and unskilled labor, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate execution
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and conduct regular safety and quality inspections
Monitor material usage and coordinate with site teams to prevent shortages or delays
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
as a Civil Foreman in the UAE
Mandatory experience
in villa and warehouse construction projects
Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings
Proven leadership, supervision, and team management skills
Candidates

Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month (based on experience)
