Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers
Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and quality standards
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site
Report progress, issues, and material requirements to the site engineer/project manager
Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required
Maintain discipline and productivity among site workers
Requirements:
3-4 years of relevant UAE experience
as a Civil Foreman
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
