Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for villa and warehouse projects
Manage skilled and unskilled labor, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate execution
Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct routine safety and quality checks
Monitor material usage and coordinate with site teams to avoid shortages or delays
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
as a Civil Foreman in the
UAE
Mandatory experience
in
villa and warehouse construction projects
Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings
Proven leadership and team management skills
Candidates
