Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven UAE construction experience to supervise and coordinate site activities. The candidate will ensure that civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while maintaining strict safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities related to civil works such as excavation, concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing, and structural works.
Allocate tasks and manage site manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety policies.
Identify site issues and inform the concerned engineer for timely resolution.
Maintain discipline and productivity of labor at site.
Ensure quality workmanship and minimize rework.
Assist in inspections with consultants and authorities when required.
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site safety regulations.
Preferred Skills

Experience in residential, commercial, or villa projects.
Ability to handle multiple work fronts simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting
