? 3+ years' experience in civil construction (Villa/ Building)
? Proven experience in team leadership or foreman role
? Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures
? Ability to read technical drawings and site plans
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? Have a UAE Driving License (preferably Arabic)
