AJ ME Interior Design LLC is hiring an experienced
Civil Foreman
to supervise and manage interior fit-out and civil works at multiple project sites in Dubai. The candidate must be hands-on, well-organized, and capable of leading site teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for civil and interior fit-out works
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and office team
Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Maintain quality control and ensure site safety compliance
Plan and manage manpower, materials, and site resources
Monitor productivity and maintain site discipline
Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirements
Handle works including block work, plastering, tiling, screeding, gypsum, painting, and finishing works
Attend site inspections and close snags as per project requirements
Requirements:
1-3 years experience
as a Civil Foreman in interior fit-out or construction projects
Strong knowledge of
civil and interior finishing works
Ability to read and interpret
drawings and site instructions
Good leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of UAE site practices and safety standards
Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory
Ability to join immediately is an advantage
