Supervise daily civil construction activities (concrete works, formwork, rebar, masonry, earthworks, etc.).
Allocate manpower and equipment to meet project targets.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor productivity and quality of workmanship on-site.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages.
Maintain daily work records and manpower reports.
Assist in inspections and handover activities.
