Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
Manage and guide site workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers
Monitor productivity and report daily progress
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
Enforce site safety rules and company policies
Coordinate with subcontractors on site
Maintain good housekeeping and discipline at the site
Job Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Foreman in construction projects
Strong knowledge of civil works and site operations
Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
